Philip Glass, FLOE
Angels of Anxiety was originally commissioned by NYU / Tisch School of the Arts.
"He demonstrated that anxiety can be fun in "Angels of Anxiety," to recorded music by Philip Glass. Dancers holding balloons and slowly swaying suddenly broke loose from their rhythmic patterns to leap across the stage in a hurly-burly, often waving their arms nervously. Yet despite such hints of angst, the action was so vigorous that a festive spirit prevailed."
