An examination on high fashion and drama, this work showcases 16 dancers performing contrasting and vigorous movement to a pulsating beat down a runway of light, forming and dissolving lines and shapes amid shadows, while sudden bursts of aggression and surprising contact create a vibrant counterpoint.

Runaway premiered at the Peter Jay Sharp Theatre at The Juilliard School in December 2008. Filmed at The Joyce Theater, March 2010.
